This wine pairs excellently with grilled red meats, roasted meats, game and mature cheeses.

Bright ruby red in color, Bardolino should be drunk young. The bouquet is slightly fruity and floral with notes of wild rose with an enveloping scent of a fresh flowers. During the period of fining, the fruit becomes increases in intensity and the floral aromas develop giving the wine a more harmonious flavor.

Famous for its delicate structure, Bardolino pairs well with light dishes, especially those with tomato sauces or soups. It is perfect with white meat and freshwater fish and snails.
Thanks to the relatively short fining period, it may be enjoyed from the spring following the harvest.

Pieve Vecchia is a vibrant gold colour. Full-bodied on the palate, it is an explosion of fruity flavours with excellent acidity. Notes of almonds and pastries can be felt on the aftertaste.

Pieve Vecchia pairs well with seafood main courses, especially shellfish. It also compliments asparagus risotto and white meats.

The Liber Lugana is a light straw yellow colour with green tints and has delicate floral aromas as well notes of exotic fruit, citrus and bitter almonds. On the palate it is fresh, full-bodied, has good acidity and a balanced structure. The finish is both elegant and long.

It pairs perfectly with fish dishes especially with fish from Lake Garda and is excellent for aperitif, starters and light pasta and rice dishes.

Bright light yellow in colour, the bouquet is both floral and fruity and the wine leaves almost saline and fruity notes on the finish The aromas are floral and the taste is harmonious and full-bodied. The finish is medium to long with a light aftertaste of bitter almonds. The wine is well balanced between body and acidity and good freshness thanks to regular bottling.

This wine is excellent served as an aperitif as well as with fish based dishes, soups and fresh cheeses.

Fris en volle smaak van rode vruchten vergezeld met elegante en zijdezachte tannine. Lange afdronk met licht rokerige afwerking dat zich evolueert naar een aangename mineraliteit.
