Winemaker's Notes: This wine was a pleasure to make, with the high quality fruit we got all we had to do is ensure the temperature was where it should it be and gently punch down the skins twice a day.

Blackberry, plum, pepper, liquorice and leather are shown very clear on this wine. Subtle oak and youthful tannin structure gives complexity with a texture that has great depth.
