The Valpolicella is a vibrant ruby red colour. Initially, this wine gives off all its vitality and strength. After the first year of aging it starts maturing and the tannins and acidity combine with the flavours of ripe fruit. This enriches the wines with a final touch of softness. The bouquet is bursting with aromas of red fruit jam and fresh red fruits with hints of vanilla. On the palate, the wine is dry, smooth, well-bodied and balanced.

Bright ruby red in color, Bardolino should be drunk young. The bouquet is slightly fruity and floral with notes of wild rose with an enveloping scent of a fresh flowers. During the period of fining, the fruit becomes increases in intensity and the floral aromas develop giving the wine a more harmonious flavor.
Famous for its delicate structure, Bardolino pairs well with light dishes, especially those with tomato sauces or soups. It is perfect with white meat and freshwater fish and snails.
Thanks to the relatively short fining period, it may be enjoyed from the spring following the harvest.
